I agree with Veronica, beauty does not disappear while in use. The story
about the Japanese chef wrote by yours truely recently shows the ability
to reflect and enjoy beauty while using an object. I grew up drinking
tea, and my Grandma always said, "Tea tastes better from a china cup,"
so we always had our tea in a china cup, and to this day, styrofoam is
not an option! It does make one reflect, however, on holes in the ozone!
The drinking of tea seems to be an art, the objects used are respected,
the cups take on a relationship with the person drinking the tea. It is
hard to put art in a box! Sher
