Anybody know where NCECA is going to be the year AFTER next year? EAST
coast again?
BTW, anybody in charge thought of having it in Canada??? With the exchange
rate the way it is, you'd all save tons of money!! Hotel rooms for
$25/night (U.S.), cheap food, and GREAT scenery! Not to mention great
potters...Then it could be the International Conference....
Just a thought. And not at all self-serving. ;)

It will be in Ft. Worth, Texas, sponsored by the University of Dallas, Dan
Hammet doing a lot of the coordinating..........
Rodeos? Line dancing? Hats, boots, Billy Bob's, Sundance Square, the Ft.
Worth Stockyards........and some great clay. There'll be exhibits
everywhere, the Ft. Worth Modern, the Kimball, the Amon Carter, etc. etc.
etc. Even the lofty Dallas Museum of Art has consented (after much
agonizing) to have an exhibit (with real clay that is not 4,000 years old!!)
And there'll be other exhibits, too.......I must still be hungry, even
after NCECA
