I think you may be referring to the CM J/J/A '95 article by Lana Wilson.
I tried the Purple Aqua (cone 06) using 4108 since I could find no
referrence to 3289. I liked the results, but it doesn't look like the
picture of her T-pot. With this recipe she states "This recipe should
not be used on a food container, even on the outside."
