Hello!
I am seeking some type of apprenticeship with a ceramist who fires
specifically with wood. If anyone on the clayart list knows of a wood
firer who may consider taking on an apprentice, I would be most grateful
for the information.
My name is Julie Wills, I am in my final year of study in the Ceramics BFA
program at the University of Montana in Missoula. I am a ceramic sculptor
and fire almost entirely in an anagama kiln.
I am enthralled with the wood-fire process and extremely eager to learn.
I am a hard worker and a quick learner, flexible, and willing to make a
dedicated commitment.
