I have problems with my lower back and am planning to buy one of those
braces that strap around the waist and lower back area to help while I am
working, and I was just
wondering if any of you have experience with these, would recommend them
or not, or would highly recommend a particular type or brand.
Thanks in advance for this, and in retrospect for all the wonderful stuff
continually being posted out there!

I have to use a warm and form, style back brace, do to a serious back
injury. Back braces work wonderfully in any style, will bring you some
relief if your back is bad, see if your doctor can get you advice on
what would be the best one for you though. My brace lets me live a
fairly normal life, and without it I can barely get around, so they are
most definitely worth looking into.
