best skut kiln prices? any used kiln available?

I am setting up a new studio and I am planing to buy a Skut 1027 Kiln.
Can you tell me who has the best prices (I am in berkeley,CA).

And how do you feel about the automatic controls vs. Manual?

Is there a better kiln choice? I would also consider a used Kiln.
