Numo Jaeger requested blue celadon recipes. I have a good one. It is well
tested. One of it's best qualities is being fairly constant and forgiving
as far as the color holding in various degrees of reduction. It has a nice
soft gloss unlike some celadons that can get glassy and craze.

LIGHT BLUE CELEDON ^10 Reduction

Custer 49.2%
Whiting 6
EPK 3.9
Flint 24.8
Barium 16
Red Iron 1.2
Bentonite 2

If you wish to substitute strontium for the barium, use 12%. My notes say
that it may tend to run and may craze where too thick, particularly with
the barium, though I have not had this problem with it. So, test carefully
and good luck.
