The book you are searching for is out-of-print according to the folks
at Dandick Publications (602)948-1799. Only one dinosaur of an employee
even remebered it when I spoke with them. There is a wonderful bookseller
in Sedona, Arizona, Bob @ the Bookloft (520) 282-5173 who has met every
out-of-print book challenge I have ever thrown at him. Let me know if you
want me to check further for you with him...
