Does anyone know of a source for reels of cutting wire - brand
Kielkraft Laystrate. Once bought in England.

Don't know of BRITISH CUTTING WIRE but model airplane control cable come in
reel, can be gotten it aircraft stainless steel, and is avalible in most
hobby shop who cater to model building.

This wire is used as the control lines on the old (pre radio controled)
model airplanes. I use stainless steel fishing trace wire available in 5
metre (15 foot) coils from specialist fishing shops. Even Kmart here has
it.

It has a plastic coating which I prefer to burn off. I simply light it with
a match and the plastic burns away like a taper. It makes the best and
strongest wires I have ever used.
