Since there was a disparity of information on the dates of the Cambridge
Pottery Festival, I just phoned Brad Wells, a friend who happens to be Chair
of this year's event. It is planned for June 14th and 15th, with the
opening of the invitational exhibit on Friday evening, June 13th. Brad
says to tell you all that it is always the second full week-end in June.
He also adds that if anybody wants to help set it up by giving the committee
a hand ahead of those dates, to please phone him at 608/ 423-9615. There
are many jobs such as building the raku kiln, painting and moving the boxes
for the invitational etc.
Cambridge is 21 miles from Madison, Wisconsin which can be lovely in summer.
