Check out page 42 of CM Nov.1991. Salt work of Alfred Hering. A customer
that had been to Scotland, when shown this page said that the salt cellar
was very similiar to what she had seen on her recent visit. (She had used
the term salt pig ) If this is close to the traditional shape, it looks
like a good starting point to work out a design of one's own. M.
