Dear Clayart Members,
I anticipate travelling to Japan (my first visit) in April 1998. I would
like to be able to make this an academic trip by attending and/or
participating in a conference or other special events in one or more of the
areas of:- ceramic education, ceramic art, ceramic design, ceramic
technology, or ceramic science (clay based ceramics). I am also interested
in design in the built environment (architecture, public spaces, bridges,
product design) and in the internationalisation of education.
I would be most grateful if any of you who are aware of things that are
happening in Japan in or around April would let me know. On the other hand,
it is possible you have contacts that I might be able to use.
