It is my understanding cobalt oxide is toxic in its liquid state, but
non toxic when mixed with glaze and fired, am I correct? If I used
cobalt oxide on the lip of a cup, not mixed with any glaze - just
straight oxide, toxic or not? What about the other oxides?
