I tested the Pike's Oatmeal glaze adding 1.75% cobalt carbonate fired to cone 6
The results:
smooth, opaque, semi-gloss
no flow down the pot
intense purple with tiny blue and pink speckles

Guess I missed the original receipe of Pike's Oatmeal glaze. Could whoever

I missed the Oatmeal glaze Peggy gave the test results on too. Could someone
post it to the net? TIA
Ginger in Germantown MD where the temperature is supposed to get to 70 today
with sun. Is that what that firery ball in the sky is? It's been so long
I'd forgotten.
