From the look of the crimp tubes, they're most likely stainless steel.
Since it's not a standard item in Manila, ( or if you're in a pinch,
anywhere else ) go to a fishing supply shop. The heavy leader wire uses
crimp tubes that are very similar. You'll find all sorts of stainless
goodies on the shelves.

Element Connectors: The best variety I have ever seen was in an auto parts
store (NAPA).
