The West Michigan Potters Guild is proud to host a two-day
particiapatory workshop featuring David Stabley at Grand Valley State
University, Allendale Michigan, Saturday May 17th and Sunday May 18th.
The cost is $40.00 for both days. Includes clay for hands on portion of
the workshop.
David is a clay artist whose pieces are exciting combinations of unique
sculptural ceramic forms and colorful, non-traditional approaches to the
clay surface.
The workshop will combine demonstration, participation and a slide
show. Please brng carving tools, sponges, things to make texture on
clay and any other favorite tools and be ready to work!
There is an option of purchasing lunch with the group for an additional
$10.00 (pizza's or sandwiches with vegetarian selections available,
$5.00 ea. day).
