I see occasional Clayart references to DRAKENFELD stains, but have not seen
them advertised or in catalogues. Are they like MASON stains- price and
color range-wise? Where do you get them from? TIA Cathy

Minnesota Clay Company carries Drakenfeld stains. I've used them to
stain porcelain in a similar fashion to Mason stains and they work
fine.

Drakenfeld and Degussa colors merged a year or so ago and include the
division Cerdec Corporation, Drakenfeld colors. The are one of the major
suppliers to industry and supply a full line of colors and ceramic and
glass decorating materials (body and glaze colorants, lusters, enamels,
etc.) You can reach them at (412) 223-5900 to find a distributor. I have
