I am leaving next week on a trip to Prague, Budapest, Bucharest and
throughout Romania ending up at the Black Sea and going north to Odessa,
Ukraine. ( I'm going with my S.O. who is Romanian and born in Ukraine.)
During the month trip, I am doing a survey of folkart patterns on Eastern
European pottery. My school system will award me 4 CEUs for a report and
lesson plans reflecting my study. I was in Romania 2 years ago and did some
preliminary research and met some amazing village potters. If anyone has any
info or names that would help me in this study, please forward them to me
directly, ASAP. I leave on 7/5. I will share my observations with Clayart
