Hi:
Awhile back, someone sent in a post about books or info on electric kiln
building and I was going to post this but I forgot and..........
The best book I've seen is Electric Kiln Construction for Potters by Robert
Fournier.
It was published in 1977 by Van Nostrand Reinhold Co. and sold for an
outrageous price of $10.95. It's a hard bound book and has about 140
pages of text and photos. Lots of technical data on power, wiring, how to
make elements, the whole nine yards. A great book, but sadly, it may be out
of print. Not sure on that. I'd be glad to loan out my copy if the person
couldn't get one and REALLY wanted to use this book. The public Library
might be a good resource too.
Hey Molly, is this book in the Library of Congress?
sorry to be a slug about posting this, Craig Martell-Oregon

I just received an email from amazon.com and apparently they found a copy of
Electric Kiln Construction by Robert Fournier. The book's cost is 83.00!
Does anyone have this and thinks it is worth this much? I have 3 days to
respond to the email. If you have any information, please respond to my
email address as it will be faster than going through the list. Thanks.
