When that someone calls to visit your studio, get it straight from the "get-go"
what their intentions are, if you have what they are looking for, how much they
want to spend, etc., etc. and well, get the drift. If you have time to just
jabber a little and want to create "at another time customer" inform them
it's a BYO and bring one for the potter too.
