Kim,

I have used a glaze for years that is called fishscale. Here is the recipe. I
fire c9-10 reduction:

Potash Feldspar 40.7
Whiting 13.3
EPK 6.8
Spodumene 15.5
Flourspar 4.7
Bone Ash 6.3
Bentonite 3.0

Even without the addition of colorants, this glaze has created a very pale green
color. It is matt on stoneware, allowing iron spots to show through. Becomes
more shiny when thicker. On porcelain, it is much clearer, still pale green,
with some crazing pattern. I like it very much and use it on both clay bodies.
Doesn't seem to run even on thick applications. Test it and see if it works for
you.

Doug
