I am the fortunate recipient of quite of bit of brown/black clay. Would
anybody be willing to share glaze recipies for Cone 10 R that look well
on brown/black? I've tried the ones I've tested from clayart and most
don't look that great. However, I may have applied some of the glazes
too thinly, also.

The Mojave is stifling but finally returning to somewhat cooler nights
again. Even the mountains viewed from my wheel look dry and burned, and
they're mostly granite.
