Aloha.
My kiln controller SAFEFIRE 3000 is not working and I need it fixed.
Unfortunately this controller was sold through Aim Kilns Company and I can not
get them to fix it. They had the controller from Nov. 1995 till March 23.1996 an
they did not repair it nor did they sending it back to the manufacturer for rep
I wonder if any body knows who the manufacturer of this controller is and can
give me the address or the phone number. I think it is a German product. Please
any body has the address or knows where I can get it fixed let me know.

You might try Bartlett Instrument Co., 1404 Ave. M, Fort Madison,
Iowa.52627 They make the electronics for just about every controller on
the market. (309) 372-8366. I have no idea if they supplied the guts for
the Aim controller, but its worth a try. I've talked to them on the phone
about my Olympic controller, and they've been very helpful.
