The easy way to do this is to roll a slab.
Place a textured peice of cloth on top.
Gently roll with a rolling pin.
When you remove the cloth and you have the pattern from the cloth on the
slab.
If you want to enlarge the pattern, pull the slab thiner and the pattern
will expand.
The last bit is tricky, it's better to find cloth with the right size
pattern.
