Room rates at the Hacienda are dirt cheap!
In all seriousness, it's a shame NCECA isn't midweek this time. You can
get a 3 days/2 nights/air fare (from LA) and car at hotels on the strip for
under $250 midweek. I had to go on business last year and used the gambling
junket rate. By the way, it will be cheaper to rent a car than take
taxis. You can spend $8-10 just going up the Strip if you miss the
traffic lights.
