I don't know who wrote the orginal message but I can no longer be
quite on this subject, it is sticking in my crawl abit, so here goes.
Gee if every person got bent out of shape, when I was working
exclusively as a horner in crafts, for no one being available to answer
the phone, I wouldn't have my wife, or a business! Gee a couple of
days break in a reply seems very very reasonable. Many companies that
do specialty programs are almost a hobby. My brother is a programmer
and has done some shareware, and could have a small, operation going as
a regular business, but he doesn't want the headaches. He gets back to
those needing help with the stuff he writes as quickly as he can. He
wants the business, but with a regular job, taking care of family
business and spending time with his wife, he might not get back to a
call for a few days. Sometimes he is doing research also, to give the
correct answer.
Be slow to judge, how many times have you taken a couple of days to
get back to a voice mail message. I also today had my wife leave a
message on the voice mail but do to a problem, well she left it but it
didn't record, this could have happened also, to your message with
Insight. Be reasonable.
