Andrew Lubow , Insight works in a Dos session on my computer now.
I believe they are working on a native Windows version.
BobWicks@AOL,
OK, so the response immediately was not quick enough ---granted.
So there was not a live person on the end of the line -----granted.
So withour further knowledge it appears that the products
are not cared for. And that the business IMC does not need your
business. ----Understood. Period.

Many of us could not be reached from a Friday to Sunday either. This does
not mean that our work is not important to us, or that we do not want
your business. It merely means that many of us have chosen a very narrow
niche, in which the overhead/cost margin may be tight. Because of that
manning a phone 7 days a weed, 24 hours a day is not possible for many of us.
However we still do good work. Those who understand our limitations and still
work with us will also be the ones who will benefit from the fruits of
our labor.

I have absolutely no financial attachment to these products
whatsoever, however, I know that they are pet products
that are carefully cared for, and Tony Hansen and Tom Buck diligently peruse
these lists to help all people, as do many. But his name is here
regularly also, and is always ready to give a helping hand.

If anyone knows otherwise, please say so.

This is not to change your opinion, but rather to better inform
you for your decision. I assume that by putting your post on this
list serve that you are soliciting opinions.
