Hi All!
I have received great responses to my quandry over by Alpine kiln.
Everyone has had great ideas about how I can repair the old girl. Most
suggest strongly that I use ITC to recoat the interior. I have searched
the archives for info on the many types of ITC coatings, but nobody has
really dicussed the types and their uses.
I have ITC's address in Florida, but I wonder if anyone knows if they
have e-mail or a website. The stuff sounds pretty magical, and I am
anxious to get the skinny on it so I can get the kiln up and running for
Fall quarter.
Thanks to everyone who repsonded - I feel alot better aboutour old
faithful kiln's chances for a second lease on life!
Erin.

Greetings!
I just got my copy of Clay Times in the mail yesterday. In it is an
extensive article by Nils Lou (the ITC Guru). It should answer your
questions.
