Any Kind Soul:

How do you use crushed stained glass in pottery? Do you put it in
greenware, or bisque? At what temp do you fire it?

What is "envirovent".

Thank's for any help.

Wall.

Ok, I'll be a kind soul. Theoretically glass is the same as frit. When
glass is crushed and added to a glaze or slip can be used as frit is used
in these mixtures. Lenox, (SP?) the co. that makes the Presidential
dinnerware, essentially uses glass in the production of the Presidential
porcelain to acheive that near glass sense of translucency so prevalent
in their product.
