I am finally getting close to leaving for Europe - June 3. In addition to
visiting France, I just found out that I may be in Italy for a short while.
Does anyone have suggestions for potteries, galleries and/or museums to
visit in Italy? I will only be getting my personal email through Sunday,
June 2 and my Clayart email through this Friday, May 31 (until I return on
July 2).
Thank you in advance for any information.

If you have the opportunity to go to Florence, be sure and visit
the Bargello sculpture museum. It has a large collection of
exquisite della Robbia terra cotta reliefs as well as much beautiful
renaissance sculpture and ceramics.
Of course the Bargello is just one among many gems in Florence.
Teri and I visited Italy 2 years ago with stays in Rome, Florence
and Venice. If I could visit only one city in Italy it would
be Florence.
