We jsut received our shipment which included (unrequested MSDS's on all ITC
products. And everyone we've dealt with there was extremely helpful. Are
you sure we're talking about the same company>???

I started to reply to this before, changed my mind, and now have changed it
again.

ITC's MSDS is included with every order. This in itself is a plus because most
companies make you call again and again and specifically ask for it. I have
several MSDS's from many different companies. They are only required to list
the materials that are deemed a health hazard by OSHA. A company would never
list all of the ingredients in a formula due to the very real practice of
people formulating for themselves and becoming competitors. This really does
happen all the time.

There is a very real difference between the sharing of formulas for personal
use, usually the formula being shared by someone who is not trying to make a
living specifically with that formula, and a formula that is considered a part
of a business's income.

I have now had the wonderful personal experience of conversations with 3
different people at ITC, including Alice. I have never! had a more pleasurable
business transaction. Their product has performed as they said it would.
