Thanks for your posting about propane firing. The thread has been
bothering me for some time, but I don't want to comment on everything
that comes up.
Of course you are correct. There is, indeed, a lot of firing done
around the world with propane. As a standby fuel one can shift between
natural gas and propane while the kiln is running without noticing any
effects inside the kiln. In many places it is the only practical fuel to
use.
You said it quite well.
