I used the ITC on the walls of gas kilns and a new soda kiln. I also
dipped the stilts/posts into ITC 100. They are perfect after several
firings. I also used the ITC on fiberfax, soaked with it and coated the
inside wall of the door blocks. No problem and the door blocks
of home made castable are well insulated. Amazing stuff.
