Hi guys. I used this as an excuse to go sleuthing on the net. Found a
site, sure there are others, but this one will do for me. Have tried
kombucha (leave out that 2nd 'k'), like it, have been wondering how to
get hold of some. Prices looked good, site has a newsletter, info on how
to make tea, etc. The site is the Kombucha Konnection. All disclaimers
prevail, never heard of 'em before today. The site is:

http://www.sease.com/kombucha/konnection/index.html

I'm going to try it out. Will let you know much later how it all worked
out! Thanks John Rodgers, for getting me started.

Vegetarian Times magazine ran a review of kombucha within the past year
and reported mixed findings including some negative ones. Depending on
the growing conditions of the kombucha, some quite nasty bacteria may
also be present. Several leading researchers recommeded not using the
stuff. The article provided a balanced report including the views of
people who swear by the stuff as well.
