>The Brit Museum is totally open as far as I could tell. Also the V and A
has opened its modern ceramics exhibition at last. Good examples of all the
Leaches, including Johnny, and many others. Don't miss the Contemporary Ceramics
shop on Marshall Street ( Off Carnaby Street). The Museum of Mankind has a
potter doing workshops on Saturday (free). I was able to see Josie Walters
do her decoration and throwing show. Saturdays 10 and 1:00 Have fun.

The London Crafts Council has a map that lists the best
crafts galleries both in London and the rest of the UK.
Galerie Besson is a high end ceramics gallery located at
15 Royal Arcade off 28 Old Bond Street., phone 491-1706.
Contemporary Applied Arts has moved, so I don't have the
new address, but its vaguely near the British Museum. Its
a coop gallery, but ofsomne of the best in all of the crafts
exibit there. Highly recommended.
