Thanks to the two of you who answered me the first time.
Here's the original message: (I would like to hear from
someone who has tried this on a white earthenware body,
too -- IF anyone has tried it.)
A potter friend wants to majolica, and has ordered the
"Glazewerks Maiolica Kit" advertised by A.R.T. in this month's
Ceramics Monthly.
She wants to use it on a white earthenware body. Does
anyone have any experience with using the kit on any clay body?
They suggest firing to either ^05 or ^04. Has anyone in Clayart
fired
the kit glazes to ^05? ^04? What were the results? Any
recommendations?
