Just to let you all know that Matthias Ostermann will be giving a day-long
workshop on Sunday, september 7th at the gardiner museum in toronto. the day
will consist of a slide talk with info. and maiolica examples from all over
which he is preparing for a book on the topic. also a demonstration =
covering
aspects of design, composition and colour theory, creating a palette and =
colour
blending, surface techniques such as resists, solid colour washing, dry
blending, sgraffito and glaze trailing. =2440 Canadian, =2435 full time =
students.
