Hi Jan,
Just recently I saw an article in Ceramics Monthly a major ceramics publication
in the U.S. and it showed pictures of some big storage jars made in Mynamar(sp?)
since I really know nothing about pottery activities in your country perhaps
you could give us some suggestions about where to go if we decide it's in our
plans. Where are some interesting traditional potteries? As for getting a
hold of the glaze materials you might want to get a copy of the magazine as
a basic
guide to what's available, then using the net contact several places. That might
be one possible way to go about it.
