Joan Maria Petratou is the artist I was referring to and she is the
assistant Editor of the Greek Pottery magazine called Kerameiki Techni.

They used to have an internet site but be darned if I can find it now.
There was a group of Greek potters came to Banff for a Canadian/Greece
Ceramics Symposium and when they were finished and before they returned
home they visited communities which held workshops for a couple of days
with them as guest instructors. Our community was lucky enough to have 2 of
them for 2 days, and Maria was one of them. For information on the
