Subject: Michael Lucero Show
The Michael Lucero: Sculpture 1976-1995 show is now at the Mint Museum of Art in
Charlotte, North Carolina running through June 9, 96. The show is an incredible
collection of work: 47 pieces presented in the mid-career survey.
For those in the area this is a must see show that will boggle the mind and
impress the masses. I can't say enough about how great this show is.
For those not in the area this is a touring show that could be headed your way.

This is one of those shows people will be talking about! If it is impossible to
get to there is a book that has just come out that shows it all and will let you
know what your missing. A couple of weeks ago Michael gave a slide lecture at
the Mint for the opening weekend and he showed EIGHT carousels of slides in a
little over an hour. Man is he ever prolific! For those of you in the above
areas, look for it you'll be impressed.
