An Internet "TALK FORUM" site would be ideal for leaving messages or
posting NCECA information, events and schedules. The messages would remain
there for weeks for viewers to read and respond to. Some of you computer
experts would most likely know how to make this work... Perhaps some of you
with "University Connections" might have the web-site space available for
