O.K. Once more. Wanting to clarify and be SURE, I asked Susan Harris,
charming exhibitions director for NCECA about the wording on the entry form,
and Russell's query about whether international members could enter, or only
those international members living in the U.S.
Susan said:

if they live in Baharain, is eligible!
