A late response to Russell's comment about the NCECA Clay National....
On the green card in the prospectus it says:
ELIGIBILITY
Open to all current member of NCECA (both national and international) and to
all ceramic artists, 18 years and older, residing in the U.S. ...
So, if you're a member, no problem.
