There is a new one in the process of being assembled for distribution in
Dallas (probably). The last several issues of the NCECA newsletter have
had a request to send in project ideas to Anne Shatas. They kept
extending the deadline. I'm not sure how they intend to distribute this
issue. I heard that the last one was offered only to people who attended
the General Business Meeting at NCECA.
