Joyce: This is a response to your question about NCECA. The
Conference begins on Wednesday, April 3 and goes through Saturday,
April 5. Wednesday is usually reserved for gallery and studio tours.
NCECA provides bussing. If you rent a car, you can generally make
these visits on other days of the Conference. Demos, panels, and
discussion sessions take place Thursday and Friday. Friday night is
dedicated to the BIG DANCE where people meet and party. Saturday's
schedule is usually short as people get out of town. Morning sessions
recognize Emerging Talent and then finish with a General Session. If
I had to make choices, Thursday & Friday would be first pick followed
by Wednesday.
