Dear Donna, the first and best wheel I've ever had in 20 years was a home
made wheel that we made from the book "Pottery Workshop" by Charles Counts.
Copyright 1973, published by Macmillan Publishing Co., Inc. - 866 Third
Avenue, New York, N.Y. 10022 I;m not sure if this book is still in print,
but the library will have a copy. I also learned to pot with this book. Used
to read a chapter, run to the wheel, practice, re-read chapter, etc. The
potters wheel was great. I used to call it my "play pen" Let me know if you
can find the book. If not I will copy off the information and send it to you.
Don't have a scanner so will have to snail mail it to you. Good Luck. Sue

Hi Sue, I realize that this posting is very old, nut I hoping that you
still have the same connection. I'm wondering if you still have the plans
for your wheel? My wife is going crazy without one, and I would love to
build one for her. Thank you. Andrew Simmons
