I am going to the big apple for a one day workshop, and have almost a
week to see the clay sites. I am looking for suggestions. I have been
to the Craft Museum, the Met, and the Modern, and I also know bout Garth
Clark gallery. It is possible that I may take the train down to Philly
for a day to see the Helen Drutt Gallery also. Please forward any
suggestions for things and people to see in either city or travel routs
to Philly from NYC. Thank You.

Kelly - Check what is showing at the Japan Society, the Asia Society.
In the same bldg. as Garth Clark, visit Dai Ichi - sky high prices
but interesting work depending on your taste.

at the Metropolitan, MUST SEE the Nakashima table & chairs with
the video tape of him; also tape of Noguchi & see his water
basin. Not clay but a MUST.

Good restaurant on East Side = Voulez Vous.
Enjoy, Karen Gringhuis
