Hello all,

Nice to be back to Clayart, a few notes. (Hope this hasn't been
covered recently).

Oregon Potters Assn. Showcase ( 200+ clay people) May 16 - 18.
at the convention center. Free admission. One of the best in the
nation-a mind boggling amount of work to see and purchase.

Also:
Tom Coleman workshop at Fire's Eye Gallery in McMinville, Or.
Friday, June 6, 9:00 to 5:00.
Contact Dan Wheeler @ 503-843-9797 (Quickly - 10 or so spots
left.) Tom will demo his style and glaze/technique. $50.00

Also:
If you can't make the workshop, there will be a great Coleman
show at the gallery the next day. ask Dan for details.

Also:
I realize this is regional info, but go by the Fire's Eye Gallery
It is a great new gallery with great clay people, lots to look at
and it can be found right next to the Lawrence Gallery Hwy 18, just
south of McMinville.

I was wondering if you could tell me where this was to take place, this
convention..Portland? I'd love more information on it, I would probably
take the trip from Seattle. Thanks

The Showcase is happening NOW! This weekend, May 16, 17 18. Even as we
speak, er, write!
It's at the Portland Convention Center on MLK Blvd. and is free to enter. I
went in this morning, there is a wealth of beautiful work to be seen and
purchased.
Try to make it if you can, it will be worth the trip.
