Clues as to anything of special interest to a clay person &
functional potter would be most welcome - am traveling to
ORLANDO this week. Yes, Disney World & Univ. Studios are
on the agenda.

Also any good restaurants?? Bistro type (NOT a natl. franchise,
etc.)

Many THANKS in advance. Karen Gringhuis

Karen,

You should visit Stephen Jepson (very near Orlando), and he would also be
able to give you other suggestions. Give him a call first--he's not always
there, but his secretary will be around for sure. Don't have the number
handy. You can find it in any recent issue of CM in the ads for his videos
and his pottery school.

Karen,
Orlando IS one big national franchise! Actually, i had one of the best
Mexican meals in my life in Epcot. I used to visit my father in Orlando when
he lived there for a couple years, though, and remember the food scene as
pretty dismal. Someone else may have had better experiences!
Now, if you're driving and you stop in Gainesville, well then, there I could
set you up.
Have fun,

Will be in the Orlando, FL area Sept. 21 - 26 and have already seen all the
Disney attractions and would love to see pottery in galleries and shops, also
potters and studios.
Does anyone have suggestions?
