oxy-probe... reduction firings,, (re: strange cone bending)

Good deal... BUT if you want to know what the extent of oxidation or
reduction is then you need an oxy-probe... If you do much volume of work
this tool quickly pays for itself... One bad firing and you just lost the
funds to pay for one of these....
